mixed feelings about the stay
The staff was honestly disappointing. Customer service wasn't a priority, and many seemed miserable, especially at the pool bar. They were brusque and unfriendly.

My stay had some issues I cannot ignore. The air conditioning in my room malfunctioned, resulting in three nights of discomfort. I informed staff about the broken AC but nothing happened. the bed made noise with every movement. It was quite loud at times.

The suite was divine, boasting ample space. i appreciated its meticulous cleanliness. Housekeeping shone. the bed offered unparalleled comfort. I slept soundly each night. also, breakfast was delicious with perfect service.
The music near the pool was a bit loud at times. It made reading difficult.

The hotel location is convenient. it is situated near key attractions. a complimentary shuttle bus service is available. this eliminates the need for personal transportation and simplifies exploring local sites. I appreciated it.

a haven of beauty and really good service

the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with rose petals decorating the towels. the grounds featured two lovely pools, one of them heated, a beautiful garden, and plenty of sun loungers. i really liked the convenience of the free shuttle service to the old city.
the gym equipment seemed a little outdated, which could be improved.

the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, made travel easy. though it is a little away from the city center, the shuttle service compensates well. the palm trees surround the structure!

the beds were comfortable enough.
the minibar was not cold at all , and reception told me it was not a fridge. the food selection at lunch and dinner was repetitive , catering mostly to local tastes rather than international ones. i noticed a sewage smell in the bathroom for several days.
